Does your DH show favoritism to one child?

I am at my wits end with this whole thing.  We live with my parents and we have the 2nd floor when I work at night my mom said she can hear Kevin ignoring Danica all of the time.  She has to repeat things up to 10 times to get his attention.  On the other hand he will sit down on the floor and play with Halee.  Another example is yesturday when he got home he made a huge deal about Halee giving him a hug and then just said hi to Danica when she walked by him.  Now I don't know if he is doing it on purpose or what but he is doing it.  3 times now I have been at work and Danica has fallen and gotten hurt.

I know Danica can be very hard to get along with.  She is a tough bird she really is but she is still a baby.  So How would you bring this up to him?
