what crib are you getting for 2nd baby?

I know that ds will not be ready for a toddler bed when dc #2 comes so I'd love some advice on cribs, prices, pros and cons

We did convertible cribs for both.  I'm keeping #1 in his crib as long as he'll stay there!  Munire Essex for DS.....no complaints on that one.  Our DD's furniture just arrived today (Bonavita Francais).  It's antiquey/distressed looking and so far I love it!

we got a ragazzi for ds, my parents did actually. for DD we are getting an inexpensive, but nice, Graco Lauren crib. My parents have it and its sturdy and great. About 160. we cant go crazy with prices

We have Munire Urban in White for DD and will buy the same for this LO but in Natural or expresso if it is a boy.

A cheaper one.  With DS we went all out and got him a PBK crib.  He's chewed on it and the cats have clawed at it and I have no interest in another $$$ crib.

I'm looking at the Graco ones or just something off the floor at Buy Buy Baby.  Poor second child.

I got another DaVinci Emily crib.  I was really happy with the one we got for #1.  It's about $250 with free shipping on Amazon.

We just ordered another convertible crib for DD. Hers is from a different collection but same manufacturer (Baby Italia) and it's a lighter finish. The dresser/changing table for both are the same though. They will both have the beds as long as they are living with us since it converts to a toddler bed, day bed and then into a full size bed.

DD has the DaVinci Emily, but we can't afford a crib like that this time around. So we are getting DD2 the Graco Lauren, which has gotten great reviews and is also a convertable.
