Pre Natal Yoga

Does anyone know of any good Pre Natal Yoga classes in the area? I live on the South Shore and I want to join a class but I dont know of any. Let me know if you know of any. Thanks

I've heard Isis Maternity is good - I am going to try the one in Arlington.  There's a location in Needham too - I know that isn't really South, but might be worth the drive once a week?

Hi- I actually take pre natal yoga at my drs. office. I go to a Harvard Vanguard office. I go to the one in Quincy but I believe many of them offer it. I don't believe you have to go to H.V. to take the class (but you might want to double check on that). The one in Quincy starts up again on Jan. 20th.

If you go to harvardvanguard.org. Under Health Information and Class listings you can see all the listings at all the different H.V. locations.

I have a friend that goes to the Healing Tree in Quincy on Hancock St. for regular yoga but they also offer pre natal. She highly rec. this place.
