WHY is everything such a tragedy when you're three?

First he was crying b/c the lincoln logs didn't fit in the bin the way he wanted...then when his nose started running from all the crying he freaked out about that. 

Mama needs some wine.

    I've looked at DH a few times mid-melt down and said "is it really THAT hard to be 3 years old??!" I'm PG w/ #2, and I swear I never craved alcohol w/ PG #1 like I have with this one. It has to be dealing with a 3 year old. It's either fantastic or frustrating as all hell.

    It's something about being 3.  Then again, DD#2 has started too.  You should see the mornings around here when I try to pick out their shoes.  Full hysterics.
