Re: tan me please ;)

  • talk to the people in the tanning salon to help you select the right stuff for what you want and for your skin type.

it is more expensive at the stores that is why i'm going to order it on ebay :)

  • Any type of moisturizer will help you tan. Just make sure your skin is hydrated. However, if you have pale skin, you're not going to get brown.
  • please dont go tanning, it's so bad for your skin....get spray tanned....it looks awesome.

  • I'm going to be the one to say it... use the fake stuff and stay out of the bed.  I got skin cancer last year and it's just not worth it.

I hate being the post downer but it's kind of an important thing to me

This. My Grandmother passed away from melanoma this past year. I know this sounds soap-boxish, but its so hard for me to see people put themselves at risk just to be a little brown. Rock the pale skin, slather on the sunscreen and buy yourself a cute sunhat.

  • Ditto the OP, it is not worth the risk.  If you really want to look tan - do the spray and then lather on the SPF when you are there.  It is not worth the risk.
  • ok Girls i'm going to do the Spray tan again this time.. thanks for making me realize what i was doing i haven't tanned in a bed since college..
