I bargained and got them to do it for $100 every two weeks. I have a big house and she wanted to charge me $120 but I got her to $100 so I was happy : )

Ours is $10/hour every other week.  We can decide how many hours we need her depending on what we want done.  But she has another job in the mornings, so we only get her afternoons.
