vomitting and solids

DD was vomitting off and on for the past week. It's been about 3 days since she last vomitted. How long would you wait to reintroduce solids? It makes me nervous because she was vomitting due to coughing and I'd hate her to throw up sweet potatoes or something hard to clean up....

I'm sure it's ok to go ahead and reintroduce now.  It's been 3 days.
