What can I make with potato knishes?

I saw the fresh knishes at the grocery store yesterday and being that I've been craving potatoes this pregnancy, I could not pass them by.  What should I make witht hem for dinner tonight?

    I would do something with beef, but then again we always buy the beef knishes.

    Brisket, knishes, and a dark green veggie... YUUUUMMMY I have also been craving potato knishes this pregnancy and my MIL is bringing me some on Sat.....YEA!
