Did anyone see this comment on the $1k blog??

Someone posted this on the "Hot Chocolate" post:

"GO LOOK AT WHAT I POSTED ON YOUR HUSBANDS BLOG. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. PAY ATTENTION OR YOUR IN FOR A LOT OF TROUBLE AND I HOPE A FEW PENNIES ARE WORTH IT"

So of course I had to go look at her husbands blog and there is a long azz comment on how they should be careful what they put on the internet. That "people" have their address of where they live, work and go to "school". It also says a woman that Idiot Dan works with has been telling people that he is making her uncomfortable by the way he is talking to her and they are contacting Wal-marts corp office. Someone also is supposedly contacting his "school" (if you can call it that) and letting them know that Emily is writing all of his papers.

This crap is crazy. This person sound certifiable. Now of course I think you can over share on the interwebz and you can set yourselves up for this kind of thing, but if I were them, I would be kind of freaked out. More about the "people" knowing where they live (Who are these "people"? The CIA??) I mean somebody might just be wanting to scare them but what if it is true? They have 3 young children to worry about.

Some "people"need to step away from the cray train. Very slowly.

(Sorry if this has been posted already. I had not seen it but that doesn't mean much, lol)

I am not surprised, especially with the amount of traffic they get from the blog being posted all over the internet.  I think that has even happened a few time on here, people's husbands and bosses being called.  It is madness!

That is her husband's blog.  The comment is a few in, you should find it pretty easily.

I'd like to say I'm surprised, but I'm not.  This kind of crap has been going on for as long as I can remember.  It's ridiculous how complete strangers get so caught up in other people's lives to where they would be willing to ruin someone's entire livelihood over something with which they don't agree.  Sure, it's all fun and games to poke fun about certain things, but that's taking it WAY too far, IMO.

That does sound crazy. That said, I do think you need to be more careful than Emily is about what info you share, because I found her last name, phone number, and address online as well (yeah, I was bored - but I didn't post it anywhere!). Especially when you are posting controversial material, you don't want to be inviting crazies into your "real" life.
