3yr olds and there honesty - comment related.

It just cracks me up, how honest P can be sometimes. He still likes to be picked up, held, cuddled. I think he just likes to put his head down on my shoulder. Obviously when he is being held he is very close and will make comments like, "your breathe is stinky", or "what is that smell", or if I had just had candy or something, he will say, "yum, your mouth smells like gum". I just think it's funny that he is so honest.

Oh and I do brush my teeth and use mouthwash, but sometimes I get him up before doing so in the morning...lol.

DD will be 3 in March, I had put her to bed and came down and made a cup of coffee.  I was drinking it then she was calling for me, so I head up sit on her bed and ask whats wrong.  She said are you drinking coffee!? I was surprised she smelled it that strongly, but yeah I have gotten the stinky breath comment too.  Thanks Abby!

The comments just get worse as they get older....lol. The other day I was walking around the house in house shorts, and DD told me that my legs where hairy, and I needed to shave them! I have also heard that I have big butt because of the baby.

Oh, I'm sure they do. I've gotten the big butt comment too and also the, "I don't like that shirt. Take it off". I guess he think he is a fashionista or something...lol.

I love it as I know I can ask her anything but the thinks my 3 1/2 year old says so make me laugh sometimes and I don't know where half the stuff comes from.  My fav with the telling it like it is was the other night when she was stalling on going to bed and called me for the who knows what time and said she had to go potty but I knew she had just done so I asked her do you really have to go or do you just not want to go bed and she said I just don't wanna go to bed as she was getting back in since she knew there was no bathroom trip coming!
