What is your diet like on the medication?  do you have to stay on a super strict diet?

    Are you just taking it for your fasting number? If so, then you are only taking the pill at night and yes, you have to stay on the diet strictly. Even with the insulin you have to still diet.

    The meds are just an aid for your body to produce more insulin.

    Yep, I'm still have the same guidelines as I did with diet alone.  One of the first questions I asked when they said I was going on the med.  I'm such a carbaholic. Tongue Tied  It's ok, it'll only be for 8 1/2 more weeks.  Too bad I've been  craving a calzone for a month now.
