Babies First Birthday!!!

So what did you all do for your babies first birthday?  Did you go all out and have a big party or did you keep it small with just family?

I had around 60 or plus people at my son's first birthday. I just wanted a big party and had a clown doing face painting and balloon animals for the kids. It was a pretty big party and i am glad i did it. It was hard work but my son will be able to see those pictures in the future and be proud of his mommy! I don't know it depends on the family though. One of my best friends husband had the philosophy that depending on how old the kid is determines how many people they can invite, like 1=1 guest, or 6= 6 guests and so forth. That works for them, but my family is all about partying! Good Luck!
