E., I see you are online so wanted to say hi. Congrats again to you and D on your adorable Sam! He is so cute!
Last weekend I went back through your old blog posts from when you were choosing a donor. It was so great because it was interesting enough the first time and now this time it has a whole other meaning for me. I am just finishing my mock cycle so all that's left now is choosing a donor.
We just missed out on getting what we thought was a pretty good match on Dec 31 but you know what...it just wasn't meant to be and another will come along soon.
Anyway, thanks for blogging - it has helped me a lot! And I hope you still find the time to keep doing it now and then - though I know you're kinda busy

I'm glad it was helpful! Yea, I still haven't looked at him and thought about another donor -though I have thought about Kayak. He definitely has some of the same features she had as a baby, but he also has a LOT of DH's features. As time goes on I am sure I will continue to ponder the donor and Sam's conception, but he will always be my son. He grew in me, I feed him, I soothe him. And that's what counts
GL GL GL on choosing! I think ultimately there are lots of "the ones"; whomever you choose will be the right donor for you.
