I know you guys touch base on the whole co-parenting and legal documents for adoption. And me and the wife was just talking about this today. But is there anyway you can draw up legal paper with a lawyer for it be some type legal protection?  And does anyone have the website for more info.

    Yes, if your state does not allow second parent adoption you can draw up a legal co-parent agreements.  It's not quite the same protection but it's definitely better than no protection at all.  I don't have specific resources off hand but you should check the HRC website. Also, call your local gay/lesbian center and ask for recommendations of gay/lesbian friendly lawyers.  GL!
