Who can make badges?

CIrishBruin and I need buddy badges. (And anyone else who is close to CD1) Where do I start when it comes to making badges?

    I've been making the snowman badges from photobucket.com

    What sort of badge are you looking for? There is a Jan1-15th and Jan16-31 tester snowman badge?

    Depending on how complex of a badge you want, if you have photobucket you can make your own.
