Follie Check (Birthday ticker inside)

Hello Ladies!  I normally post on SIF and lurk here, but you guys are the IVF experts, so I thought I would ask. 

I had my 2nd follie check this morning after stimming for 5 days on Gonal-f and Menopur.  I have 12 follies, 4 measurable at 11 mm and an estrogen level of 300.  This is my first IVF and I don't understand what it all means.  Nurse said everything is great and to come back on Wed.  What do you think this means for ER timing and number of eggs retrieved?  Anyone want to predict based on your experience? 

Just briefly, backstory...Endometriosis discovered and right tube and ovary removed.  One year later, pregnancy achieved without ART.  Pregnancy and residual endo adhesions moved my only ovary way out of the way of the tube.  Also, it was discovered that DH has low morphology, but other #s great.  We moved straight to IVF. 

Thanks for your help.  I would like to post more here, but if you would prefer I stick to SIF, I understand.
