Waking up from naps

Do you allow your LO to wake up on their own from naps or do you wake them up at a certain time? My DD usually naps about 3 hours during the day and then catnaps during the evening until STTN. She is at 3 hours 10 min right now and I was debating waking her or letting her sleep. She had a rough night last night with gas and got a couple hours less than she usually does. TIA

Since its still early in the day, I'd let her sleep if she had a rough night. I only wake LO from naps if its an evening nap and its been going on much longer than normal or is getting to close to bed time.

We never wake a sleeping baby. We figure if he's asleep, he's tired and he needs it.
