Good morning lovelies! How was everyone's weekend?

I cannot believe that half of us will be 2nd tri-ers this week with the rest to follow soon after!!! WOW! Time is really flying! We have a very long list of spraklers.....but havent seen some of these people post in forever!!! If you havent posted let us know how you are doing!!!! Also, I know that I have forgotten to add/change some people. Feel free to remind me again!!!

Anyone have any appointments this week? Something else to consider once we get a little further into 2nd trimester is if you want to do labor buddies or not! Start thinking now!!!

QOTD: I've started thinking about it, but I"ll definitely wait until I found out baby's sex first. Can't wait.

Mornin!! I cant believe 2nd tri is right around the corner! I'm so excited! I also cant wait to get my doppler in tomorrow and give it a try!

QOTD: I have definately started thinking about the nursery, but cant quite find what I am looking for. Knowing the sex of the baby will be a huge help though!

I too can not believe I'm almost in 2nd tri- crazy!!!

I have thought minimally about the nursery- more of the general set-up but colors will wait til we know girl/boy.  One day at a time- I can't go to far out in advance!

No big news from me this week.  I just can't wait for the m/s to be gone, although it's reassuring to know that it means the LO is okay! 

QOTD:  I'll just be moving DS to a big boy room, and re-using the nursery...  but, I've started thinking about his big boy room.  TRACTORS!  :-)  He'll love it!

Hi!  I'm here! 

My EDD was changed back to July 25th.  

No appointments this week.  I don't have one for awhile.

I haven't thought too much about the nursery yet.  I'm waiting to find out the gender first.  It will involve transitioning DD to a big girl bed a couple of months before and moving the furniture around a bit, though.  If it's a girl, I'll just use her crib stuff.

today is the exact day that i started bleeding last time and the next day the doc confirmed our fears. i will be so glad to get today over with. i listened to my little one this morning which did help some. i have my nt scan on friday. can't wait to see my little blob look more like a baby!! if that appt goes well, we are going to let the cat out of the bag.

qtod: i am thinking airplanes if it's a boy and pink girlie stuff if it's a girl.

I have my weekley appointment on Friday. Last week, i gain 4 pounds, it was a good day. Had my NT Scan. Tech said everything look good. Find out on friday if that is so. I guess im in the second tri now, i keep forgetting how far along i am half the time.

Nursey ideas. well since i swear im having another girl. Im doing it in pink and green. the room is already green from my DD, so just adding some pink to the room. Big U/S is set for 2/22. Of course Ill be 22 weeks. I couldn't get it sooner cause of Dh and mine hectic schedules. Im not too worried. Time is flying with this pregnancy.  I hope you had a good new years as well.

I definitely like the idea of labor buddies! My new phone now has internet which will be nice come July, but having a buddy is fun.

My next appt isn't until Jan 27, which seems so far away. lol Today is 2nd tri!!! So excited!!!

I have started thinking about the nursery but we will be moving just before the baby is born so I'm not stressing if it isn't done before the baby is born. I've been looking at furniture and crib sets online for a while now.

Hi girls!  I just told everyone at work this morning and everyone is very excited and happy for me.  It feels really great to be 100% out of the closet now.  I have an appointment next week, but nothing for now.

We have 2 rooms to choose from in our house and I keep going back and forth which one I want to use.  The other is a guest room.  We won't really do any serious planning until we find out the gender.

I am so glad you asked this question today!  I am starting to obsess about my nursery! Ha!  We already have our home office (soon to be converted to the nursery) a dark chocolate brown, which I LOVE.  My plan is to brighten it up with possibly white furniture (I'm not too excited about white furniture, but I know I will love how it will look with the dark walls) and bright pink or blue and brown bedding. As soon as we know boy or girl we plan to start working on it.

Hello everyone!

I am feeling pretty good.  I have been having a hard time getting comfortable when I go to bed at night.  My back starts to hurt but laying on my side with a pillow between my legs seems to help.

I have my next appt this Friday and we should be scheduling my u/s when I am done with my appt.  I am ready to find out.

QOTD: I have thought about this a lot.  If it's a boy we want a Cubs themed nursery.  If it's a girl I am leaning towards monkeys/safari.  I went out this weekend and looked and found a ton of cute monkey/giraffe stuff.

Will you please change my EDD to 7/25?

I've been feeling pretty well.  My Dr. told me I have sciatica.  It comes and goes, but I'll deal with it considering what I get in return at the end!

QOTD: We want to move before our LO arrives.  Hopefully, this will happen.  If not, we know which room we'll use for the nursery.  I did start looking at furniture online to see what I like.  As for bedding and stuff, we'll just wait until we find out what we're having.

Morning, ladies!  I am feeling better, but I just wish I could wake up.  Ugh. I  am so tired 24/7 and it is starting to really annoy me.

We won't have a nursery.  We room-share and co-sleep for the first year of baby's life, so there's no nursery to plan.  DD is finally in her own room, and we'll get a crib to match her furniture (white) so that we can move them into a room together next year.  For now, the crib will just go in our room, next to our bed.

My next appointment is on January 20th - it seems SO far away, but I know time passes quickly, so I'm trying to be patient! I'm really anxious to have another ultrasound, as I haven't had one since 6 weeks. I would love to do labor buddies - but I think I need further explanation of what that is, exactly! :DQOTD: I really like the gender neutral nursery (very classic) from FAther of the Bride 2. I won't do any shopping or more planning until I know the baby's sex.

This is my second, if it is a boy then I will not be making any changes except the baby gets a new room because DS is still in his.

 

If it is a girl I have to get all of the nursery furniture painted because it is BLUE! 

My bedding is PBK Alphabet soup & it is gender neutral so (I think) I will keep that.

Hi, Scoot! 2nd tri for me....woot woot!

I have an appt on Wed to check doppler/the usual. My OB will be out for 2 weeks after that. Our big 18-week u/s is Feb 5th so I will begin planning the nursury then. I have some ideas right now, but will narrow down once we know the gender.

Hey there!  I'm doing well but I've been feeling exhausted!  M/s is still off and on..  but off enough that it freaks me out and I ordered a doppler.  I'm hoping it shows up tomorrow!

We haven't started anything for the nursery - we're waiting to find out the gender   :-)  Only 4 and a half weeks!

I have to share this.... I ordered and just received the Sonoline B doppler (ordered through Amazon). ?It is totally awesome. ?I found the hb right away and it gave me such peace of mind.

QOTD: Assuming we are having a boy (as early gender prediction suggested), we are doing kind of a cabin feel room. ?DH is going to stain and use wood slats up the first half of the wall, cap it with a chair rail and then my MIL (who paints for a living) will paint the top half light brown or mint green. ?I then will have her either mural something to match the bedding or paint a large all white tree. ?I found a crib I love from JCP in a coffee color. ?At Burlington, I found an?upholstered?chair in chocolate brown with matching ottoman. ?I think I might have given this a little too much thought. ?Cannot wait to get started.

Anyone have any appointments this week? I had an unscheduled appointment today based on a trip to the ER last night. I bled through my underwear while sitting watching football yesterday and didn't notice until I got up.  I totally freaked.  They did multiple ultrasounds and an internal and think it's the lovenox combined with strenuous activity.  So, no more exertion.  Bye bye Zumba for a while...  But, the U/S tech showed us something that even she was surprised that she saw.  A third little appendage between his legs...  A little boy for us!!!   She said they will confirm it in a few weeks, but she was sure that's what it was and she showed us several angles.  Oh - and they changed my due date to 7/24.  So, with the bad - the good!

QOTD: Have you begun thinking about your nursery? No - I am so scared I am waiting until my V-Day to start even thinking about it.  I got too far ahead of myself with Chloe and lost her at almost 18 weeks and it was devastating putting all the nursery stuff away.

Good Evening!  My due date has been changed to July 17. I am going in on Wednesday for my cerclage. I'm nervous, but I know it's for the best! We have not thought about the nursery yet, but we'll get there soon enough!

I've got my 11 week u/s this Friday and I'm nervous.  It doesn't matter that I've seen the baby 2 times and heard the hb on my doppler, I'm still really nervous.  Pray for me on Friday.

Can't believe so many of us are almost to the second tri. DH and I battled the stomach flu over New Years, we are finally feeling better. It was the flu, or he is having severe sympathy morning sickness.

I would love to have a labor buddy, sounds like a great idea!

Next appt. is on the 21st at 14 weeks and then the next appt we will find out the sex! Stopped taking Prometrium at 10 weeks, I was a little nervous, but things have been great. I am WAY less biotchy without it!

I think about th nursery all of the time, but will wait until we know the sex before we narrow down the ideas. It is not that far away. So excited!!!!

I completely forgot about the QOTD:  since this is my 3rd and hopefully last baby, we're using the same nursery theme as both my boys.  We never found out what we were having before so the theme is gender neutral "Noah's Ark".  I have the cutest bedding and figurines.  It is nice in a way not to worry about what it will be.
