I would assume this is a fan pic since they have yet to decide they are doing the movie, written a screenplay, or begun filming (obviously).

I envisioned Renesm?e a little younger and damn, Bella looks like Morticia Adams.

I was thinking the same thing about Bella.  It's definitely a fan pic.

I always read it as "reh-nez-me"; but obviously, it's just a random guess.

I'm guessing PhotoShop because her hand looks really awkward on the little girl's head. Interesting though!

Considering the fact that none of the actors are even under contract for a BD movie it's 100% not "real".

I think it'll end up getting done but rumor has it that there are a lot of things still up in the air:

1.  They're discussing splitting BD into 2 movies

2.  How the HELL do you handle the mature issues (sex, pregnancy, Edward ripping her open with his teeth to deliver the baby) and maintain your PG rating (big portion of fan base).

3.  SM's big issue all along is that Renesme will have to have at least some CGI due to her aging and SM really really really doesn't think the technology is there to pull off a CGI child amidst live action actors. 

4.  Needless to say the salary negotiations for the lead actors would be insane.  It's a cash cow and they know it now!
