question for Kaiser patients about prenatal vitamins

If you have Kaiser do you take the prenatal vitamins they sell in their pharmacy, and if so do you happen to know if they are Nature's Blend?  I had Kaiser with my last pregnancy in California, and after taking other prenatals that brand was the only one that didn't make me sick.  I have a bottle of them that I've been taking but I'm almost out and I'm hoping that the Kaiser pharmacies here have them so I don't have to go back to another brand that made me nauseous.  Thanks ladies!

I have Kaiser but didn't buy their pills b/c I had already purchased some at Target.  I would just call and ask.  I have heard that taking them at night, rather than in the morning helps with feeling sick.  Good luck!

They are made by Nature's Blend.  But, they have a new label so you may not recognize them at first.

awesome thanks!  yeah it didn't matter what time of day I took them, the two other kinds I tried (one of which was Nature Made which is a pretty big vitamin brand) smelled bad, tasted bad, and made me horribly ill.  I didn't realize until my third trimester when I was hospitalized and took Kaiser's prenatals that there were any that I could tolerate easily.  I don't want to try another brand again if I don't have to!!!

Also, you can take the Childrens Chewable Flinstone vitamins with Iron, just take 2 per day.  I couldn't take any pills while pregnant, my OB told me to take these, and lots of the girls on the Tri boards did also.  Good luck!
