How much prune juice...

...for a constipated baby?  I thought I remember it being one ounce juice with one ounce water.  Is that right?  Any other hints I could try instead?

We mixed 1tsp per oz of formula in a bottle. We used apple though, it worked a little too well.

We do 1 tablespoon per 4oz of milk and increase if needed. Usually the first time does the trick.

My pedi said for 5 month old it is one tsp. in one oz. water.

We did one ounce prune juice and one ounce water per pediatrician - and we'll never do that again.  What a mess - and my poor baby!

We put 2 tsp per bottle, DD wont' take it if there is more than that in there, but it does the trick for her.

Yes, we do 1:1 and it always works by the next morning!

when DD was horribly constipated, we did 2ozH20 and 2oz prune juice and gave her 1oz per day until she pooped (which was a huge blow out the second day). She now get 1oz of the 1/2 and 1/2 every day because now cant seem to poop without it.

N will only take it if I warm it up first though.  She won't take it cold or even room temperature.
