I'm obsessed with a calendar. I have a problem.

For the last five years, I have had a specific calendar. I love it. When I went online to order my 2010 calendar (yeah, procrastinate much?), it was out of stock just about everywhere. I have been searching and searching for it, and found that 2 Barnes & Noble locations in Austin show it in stock but both are very far from me.. so I called my local store and asked if they do store-to-store transfers.. nope. But he said they can ship from the store to me.. so I called one of the locations that show in stock and they said they had 2 but they were both on hold (seriously?!)... called the other one, and I am now on hold while they search their shelf to see if they really do still have it. 

I'm a freak.

Its a calendar. But I must have it. And apparently its a more popular calendar than I thought... my mom and sister both think I'm a nut as they have witnessed this whole search and rescue mission. They are really having a field day with this... 

Sigh.

I need therapy.

The Simple Life Calendar by Karen H. Good.. I'm almost embarrassed to admit my obsession with such an ordinary calendar. 

I mean, it should have magical powers for me to be so obsessive, right?

And ETA: I got THE LAST ONE in Austin (at least at BN stores)! bwahahaha  Hooooooray me!

I've heard of worse calendar obsessions.  One of my old co-workers has a particular Spanish calendar with all the saints' days (she's catholic) labeled.  Apparently you can only get it in Mexico, so if she's not going there that year she begs anyone (friend, acquaintance, person behind her at Starbucks) to pick one up.

So yeah, you're not that bad.   Hope they find it for you!

I always order mine from calendars.com btwn November and December when they offer the bigger discounts. I love the 'play with your food' calendars and usually order a cute hello kitty one too

I'm so with you on this one.  I obsess over calendars too.  Since the mid year, I've been looking for the 2010 version of a calendar my SIL gave me for Christmas last year.   I was soooo happy to find it at Target (randomly)- and get this...it was in the $1 bin!   Good luck finding your calendar!

My problem is that I hate my handwriting. I put off actually writing anything in the calender for as long as possible because they just seem to pretty to ruin!
