What did you eat tonight? Any photos? I'm currently eating Pioneer Woman's enchiladas, and I'm dying it's so good. It's a heart attack in a pan, but oh well. I was supposed to eat with DH, but he called and said he has to stay at work later

Those look wonderful.
Sadly all our pictures are on my friend's camera. But she is did get some really great shots and the turkey was really picture worthy. I was really impressed with myself...and really proud of it. It looked like it could have been shot for a magazine.
Wasn't too terrible. It's very, very messy, though, so be warned. And unhealthy. Good for new years
I did all of the prep earlier so that I didn't have to do it while cooking, and that worked really well. Definitely a meal that I cannot make with DD around.

We ordered pizza. DS has a bit of a cold which means clingy baby which means no cooking. So pizza it was !
Those enchiladas look heavenly.
