Raphael vs Rafael, which spelling?

Great name, and both spellings are legit. It's tough to pick, but I would lean towards the "ph" version.

I think Raphael is how the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle spelled it. He was awesome!

I like with a F better. It was on my boys name list with a F because that is how it would be spelled in Spanish. (DH is Guatemalan)

I seriously considered this name with a PH.  One of the reasons I decided against it was that I liked Rafe as a nn but I couldn't figure out how I would spell it.  I know that sounds silly.

Rafael is the Spanish spelling of the name.
