She poked and prodded first while DD was on my lap but wasn't getting much of a response so she put her on her lap and that's when DD started reacting to the prodding. She said she didn't feel a dislocation but sent us for x-rays. Both she and the radiologist didn't see anything on the scans so she said to call Saturday (they have clinic hours then) and let her know if she is still in pain. She said there was a chance that if there was a dislocation that when she was examining her it popped back into place. But neither of us heard a pop or anything, so who knows. If that did fix it she should start using it in a few hours.
So now we wait and see. Hopefully it was either fixed already or gets better. I hate that we don't have any answers but at least we know it wasn't broken or anything.

It is still bothering her. She still won't use it. She just clams up with the doctor so of course I wasn't sure if she'd even believe me!
mom said when i was really little i dislocated my shoulder - but it took a while to figure out the problem because i was holding my wrist in pain not my shoulder and was too young to talk or anything..
i hope she's better soon or they figure it out!! :-(

I won't. I was thinking the same thing about Luvlie/C and hoping that they figure it out sooner than in their case. A month is a long time, especially because she won't use it to drink so I have to hold her sippy cup for her.
