Has anyone done the 30 Day Shred before? I did Day 1 of it yesterday and woke up today feeling like I could barely walk. Someone please tell me it gets easier. And how the heck are you expected to do this EVERY day when your legs feel like they're going to fall off!?

I committed to 30 days of it last Spring. It does get easier! Level 1 doesn?t even faze me now. And I'm chubby. I went on vacation, lost the habit, but am committed for the new year. I also picked up a few other DVDs to rotate in to prevent boredom.
I totally gets easier with time, make sure to do the "easy" way for the first few times. And it's not suppose to be done 7 days a week. You need to give your body time to rest it's more of a 5 times a week program. I'll be doing it as well starting in January, but will try to do it 3-4 X's a week then use my treadmill the rest of the time.
You can also get it for free if you have FIOS or COMCAST on demand. It's under Exercise TV and in the Jillian Michaels section.
I did it for about a month, and had good results, but then I quit. It got a lot easier after the first week or so. I also plan to use it again starting January!

I do that too. Makes working out some much more fun, when you can punch Jillian in the face.
