BRU pricing

Does anyone know about discontinued pricing at BRU.  I was updating my registery and noticed some small price changes.  Some prices end in $0.98 and some in $0.99.  I know that some stores will have differet endings based on the "status" of the item i.e. current vs. discontinued items.

I think if it ends in 8 it's being discontinued.
