Things DH is excited about but doesn't have a clue what they are

2.  Cloth Diapers

:oD  It's cute.  He knows we're cloth diapering but not what that entails.  His mom asked him if it involved rubber pants.  He turned to me and asked and I said it's changed from that and he relayed it to his mom nonchalantly.  He'll learn.  In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if soon his cd knowledge surpasses mine.

aww!  that is cute!  my dh is accepting of cding but is not what i'd call 'excited' by any stretch of the imagination.  i'm still pretty sure he thinks it'll just be a temporary 'stage' i go through before i give up which is irksome but i'm mighty stubborn.  an extra couple loads of laundry is not that big a deal.  we will manage and he will learn.  :-)

At least he is willing to give it a go.  Mine will only use BG and claims he will not use cloth during the newborn stage with the new baby.  I don't care because I do most of the changes anyway.

DH hated using our BGs.  he liked pf's b/c 'they make me feel manly, i have to like, construct them and all!'

DH was on board with CD (even talking it up to our friends when we visited them and I was changing dd) but to this day refuses to do CD laundry. That's okay with me because he would forget something anyway!

The first time I put babylegs on dd he pumped her legs and sang "Maniac" from Flashdance. He still does that sometimes...
