I had a friend ask me to start taking kick boxing classes with her on Monday. I want to do it, but I'm worried that it wouldn't be good because of ttc. I will be having an IUI in the next few days and I'm concerned that kick boxing could be harmful if I get pg. Would you take the class or opt for more low impact exercise?

Thanks for all your thoughts ladies. I think I'm going to skip the class and offer to be my friends workout partner and stick to more low impact exercise. I just don't want to ever have to second guess something I did. I am already considered high risk so I'm thinking its just not worth it.
