Some questions for you to jump in:
How long have you been TTC (I've been doing it since 1200 BC. Ok not really, but I stopped counting after cycle 16)
If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board (I had a chemical pregnancy in september, after over a year of trying. I was really sad and was so happy to find this place. I've made so many friends. I love it here)
What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) I did everything. Totally obsessive.
How totally awesome am I? (kidding, you don't have to answer that one!)
I promise we're nice (usually) and won't bite.

Hi shell,im not new here, but I will introduce myself to all the new-bees.
We've been ttc since september of 2009. Had a CP on December 10, 09.
before this month we didn't do anything special to ttc, just bd.
This month since that mc made me CRAZY we are opk.
And you are totally awesome haha
I also have this loveley medical condition where a part of my colon has dead nerve endings....so I need surgery.....but I can't have surgery until I have kids....which is one of the reasons why we are so eager in ttc.

How long have you been TTC- We did for 8 months before we got pregnant then MC. we havent started yet, I am still bleeding.
If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board- Fetus stopped growing at 5 weeks. Found out at 8. Waited for MC to happen on own. It didn't. Had to intravaginally take pills to help MC. Happened last Tuesday, still bleeding.
What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) I did everything.
How totally awesome am I? Wonderful for making this for us.
How long have you been TTC We started in January of 2009.
If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board Had a d&c in May after the NT scan showed severe problems with our first baby at 12 weeks, 2 days; had an early loss at 4 weeks, 3 days in August; and another d&c after our third baby's heart stopped at the end of October at 8 weeks, 3 days.
What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) E/O/D from the end of AF to start.
How totally awesome am I? Pretty awesome. But I am not going to tell you so, because you might get a big head.

How long have you been TTC I went off BCP July 17, 2009, though we didn't get a chance to try until September since I was OOT for most of August.
If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board I went in for my first ob appointment and they stuck this horrid circa 1970 t/v u/s in me and only saw a small sack/fetal pole and I was supposed to be mid week 7. They sent me to a real u/s place 2 days later and had trouble distinguishing my h/b from the baby's and it was much smaller than it should be. 8 days later the h/b was up, but it hadn't grown but 2 days worth in that time. 10 days later and the h/b was gone. And here I be.
What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) Well we are still TTA.

How long have you been TTC In general we have been trying for baby 2 since April 2009 since our loss it would be when the doc gave us our clearence on 11/20

What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) I'm making an attempt at temping...I'm not a morning person. Other then that trying to get dh to BD as often as possible

How long have you been TTC Off birth control since January 09, actively trying since May or June 09 (I honestly don't remember...weird)

How long have you been TTC officially since last December, although I went off birth control July/August '08.
If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board We miscarried in Sept. at 6 weeks 5 days, and it seemed like a natural step from the M/PL board. In addition to that, I just don't feel as comfortable on GP anymore (my *home* board for many months).
What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) I chart, used the saliva microscope (nifty, but a pain sometimes), OPKs (waste of money for me), and now I get to use Clomid and IUIs.
How totally awesome am I? Well, from what I've seen over the past few months, I'll vote pretty awesome.

How long have you been TTC: Since our loss in March.
If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board: I was reeling during my loss in March. . . we had to wait a few days between the ER visit and the loss. I found the board then and started reading/lurking immediately. I wasn't ready to post until June, but got my BFP just days after activating my account and new better than to :beep beep:. I kept quiet until we discovered no fetus at my 8 w appointment. . . then I began posting on mc/pl.
What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) Everything. I've charted to avoid for years, so I kept charting. When I entered the EAGeR study in August, I began using a fertility monitor as well.
How totally awesome am I? The awesomest. I mean, you know me, so that sort of ups your street cred.

How long have you been TTC Got our BFP on cycle 2 of TTC in August 09. Lost baby bean in November. Actively TTC again starting....yesterday.
If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board Found out we had lost our baby November 25th & had a D&C the same day. We were supposed to be having our big ultrasound & announcing the gender the next day (Thanksgiving). Worst day/week/month ever. This board has been my rock since about 1 wk post op.
What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) I have sex....about 4 times a week. We've never had any trouble get ku (:::knocks on wood:::), so we'll stick with that for now.

How long have you been TTC - We've been TTC # 2 since December 08.
If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board - The CP in feb 09 didn't bring me over. I didn't find you gals until after the MC in April 09. Unfortunatly, I only had a brief stay on SAL before returning back here.
What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) - I used to just track CM (fairly accuratly - 4 pregnancys) but now I have cycle monitoring from the RE so I have u/s and b/w to track all that fun stuff too.
How totally awesome am I? Shell, you are totally awesome
4 losses (cp Feb 28 09, mc April 9 09 (5w5d), mc Aug 10 09 (7w1d), d&c Apr 12 10 (grew to 6w3d, mc confirmed at 8w5d). RX: Overies PCOS (hormones normal) & Balanced Translocation of Ch. 7 & 13 (40-50% mc risk)

If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board I found the mc/pl board after my first loss - before there was SAL of TTCAL. Then took a bump hiatus for a year and a half until we got KU again in Jan 2009. Posted on PgAL/SAL until we lost that one at 14wks. Had a major family crisis this spring/early summer. Then got a BFP again in July, lost that one at 5wks. And made my way to TTCAL because I needed the contact and friendship

How long have you been TTC Dh and I have been trying since we got married in march 2003. We had crappy insurance then and until we got better insurance a few years ago we didn't get to see a specialist. We have unexplained infertility. Did 3 iui's that didnt work and the second ivf resulted in twins that we lost at 19 weeks due to an incompentant cervix.
If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board I started on the miscarriage board after my loss and someone posted how great this board was so I started checking it out since we hope it doesn't take as long to get pregnant this time.
What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) I used to chart, but now just do opk's. With the ivf cycles I had so much bloodwork and ultrasounds I stopped charting because they monitored my cycle for me.

If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board I had an early loss this summer. I found this board by accident (I was originally trying to get to TTC after 35 which is right below this one in the board list) but once I read a few posts I was hooked since it is so lively and fun here.
What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) Just timing, but am going to try Opks this cycle.
How totally awesome am I? Pretty damned awesome! I have bookmarked your blog and was just checking some stuff out this morning.

What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo): I will try anything that I have heard works: opk, green tea, charting, pineapple, timed BD etc, etc, etc. Obsessive? I think so!
How totally awesome am I? You seem pretty awsome, and humorous too.
How long have you been TTC I stopped using BC in June of 2008 which was 9 months after my c/s. We started TTC in August 2008
If you feel comfortable sharing, how did you come to be on this board I got my bfp for #2 in April, 2009. At my 12 week appt, there was no heartbeat. I got my next bfp on November 12. I started spotting a week later and 2 weeks after that I ended up in the ER for an ectopic rupture (I didn't know at the time). So here I am with 1 tube and no baby.
What do you do for TTC (chart? Opks? a combo) Any and every thing you can think of
