Someone stole DS's teacher's Christmas gift.

DH took her the Christmas card that had a Visa gift card in it.  When I asked if he had given it to her he said that she was out for the holidays but that the teacher in there assured him that she would get it to her.  Well, she never got it and the teacher that it was given to said she left it on the counter. 

I can't believe that DH left it with someone else but still, that really sucks.  DH was already pi$$ed that someone stole DS's Hook 'em Horns hat (GO UT!!!) that he only wore once, and a brand new jacket.  Thankfully, the director told me yesterday she would reimburse us for the hat and jacket but I'm still really sad that someone took his teacher's gift!

Do you have the receipt, you could probably call and cancel it and get a new one.

The sub I had when I had my dd took  my Christmas presents home that clearly had my name written on them.  She told me she had them all at home for safekeeping, but yet I never got them.  Awkward was when I had parents asking me if I liked xyz that they got me.  I had to say I didn't receive it. 

I'm sorry you ds's gift did not get to the right person.
