bleeding post internal?

is this common?  this is my 3rd internal but my 1st time bleeding... nothing to worry about right?

    No worries. I didn't with my first few but did with the last two. I even started bleeding while in the docs office and she alerted me to it and said that it was completely normal, so that made me feel better. She also said as long as it's not more than you would with a normal period. My appt. was Tuesday and I was bleeding (red) now I only have minor spotting when i go to the bathroom.

    After my first internal, my doctor told me that it was OK if I was crampy or if I spotted.  I had both.
