dizziness...

Anyone else feeling this from time to time?

Re: dizziness...

  • Yes, it can be normal.  Drink enough fluids and make sure you are getting enough iron.  Rest when you can.

  • Yes, mine is from low blood pressure, but there could be other causes.

  • Yep. Going to ask the doc abt this at my next appt.  Don't remember this from the first time around, but on my "cheat sheet" one part says it's normal b/c of the blood generation and pressure and what not from the placenta, and the other says to call, but it's under the 'delivery' section.  So I'm not going to worry for now unless it gets really bad!

  • Yep...it's normal...even though it is annoying and can be sort of scarey.

  • ok phew!  I am going to mention it to my mw today, it may be low iron or something.  I am also jet lagged as I just got back from Europe, so that may be fueling the fire too.

    thanks ladies!

  • I get dizzy every time I stand up.  My doc said it was normal and to drink  more water.

  • yup, keep drinking water.

My dizziness led to fainting around week 24 of my last pregnancy due to a combination of low blood pressure and not enough water.  Again, keep drinking!
