breakfast - banana cream oatmeal and decaf tea
snack - carrots, crackers (i dont have pita at work) and hummus
lunch - baked eggplant and texas toast
pm snack - applesauce
dinner - beef stew with butternut squash and cous cous
so far i've had 32 oz of water (as of 12pm) and a cup of tea
