Ug, dentist appt day is here

It's just a cleaning, but I'm due for my xrays and I don't know how to say I can't have them b/c I might be pregnant.

I guess I could just say it's too soon for a pg test, but just in case, I'd like to play it safe?

You sure do like to schedule pg-sensitive appointments during the latter half of the 2ww, huh?  

I'd just say that there's a chance you could be but you don't know and they should put that lead apron thing on you...

yeah, I can understand....I had a dentist appointment a few days after my BFP last time, and I'm sure when I go in in February they will wonder why I am not 7 months pregnant....ugh. If they took x-rays last time you went to the dentist and you aren't prone to cavities, I'd just ask them to skip the x-rays.

Just say their's a chance I might be pregnant, so I'd rather hold off on the x-rays.

I would hold off. Last year when I was pg I didn't get them and then went back a few weeks later after my m/c. Awkward? Yes. But no biggie and they were so nice. I should say that I have a history of cavities so I didn't want to wait six months.

I would just say that ther eis a chance you could be pregnant and you would rather wait...They should understand!

Def tell them!  I HATE the dentist I have dentalphobia from a bad experience when I was younger!... GL I do not envy you!

I just tell them I don't want X-rays that day, no explanation....just that I don't want them.  Good luck!
