So...online registry question

Thanks to the ladies that warned me about Target - I've changed and only registered for smaller items there now...or items that don't matter if I get doubles...

That said...what are your experiences with Amazon, BRU, or other online registry plans?  

I'm also planning to post this on 0-3 to find out from new mommies - but, I'd appreciate all opinions..and of course, will share all info

Random items from my BRU registry keep switching to instore only even when they have enough supply for the online store.  Its very annoying.  Ive had to call twice about one item and its still not fixed.  I would register for it on Amazon but they dont have it.  Theres going to be issues no matter where you register.  I would go ahead and register wherever you want and hope for the best

This.  Every store moves inventory/changes prices around.  We had an Amazon registry, and stuff still got discontinued or the they reposted it and although it's listed as unavailable on the registry the item is on their site somewhere.
