sleep (or lack of....)

So I've been trying really hard not to sleep on my back or stomach anymore because I know I really shouldn't.  But, when I sleep on my side I get the worst leg cramps in my right leg!!  Anyone else get this?  Anyone have any suggestions for how to make it stop!?

Re: sleep (or lack of....)

  • Drink lots of water (usually leg cramps have to do with dehydration) and try a pillow between your legs..I've been doing that and it helps a little.

  • I don't so much get leg cramps...but my hips get really sore from leaning/sleeping on one side or another.  I spend all night tossing and turning just to keep my hips from hurting.  I have a really big body pillow...that seems to help some, but unfortuntley sometimes I end up rolling on my back without realizing it...but just like every other position I wake up in about 20 mins and realize hwo i'm sleeping and switch.

Just try using different pillows in different ways....that's about all I know to tell ya.

  • I use two body pillows...One for behind my back and one between the legs. Thats the only way I can get comfortable...
