Hi, nice to meet you, I am the resident exercise and nutrition freak. I am a great guilty conscience. Even if you don't need to work out to maintain your weight, you need to work out. You can be a healthy weight, but an unhealthy body fat. You can be a healthy weight and still have an unhealthy heart and lungs. You can be a healthy weight and have very little muscle mass. You can be a healthy weight and get gout (sorry, clay, had to do it!)
So start working out!!! Even if you don't *need* to.
