yup - pretty lame.

oh well - did I mention Im also eating food high in fiber so that hopefully I'll finally poop this week and lose a lb or 2  ....   0_o 

Just thought youd all want me to make you feel a little less lame today.

Who makes a woman get on a scale right after the holidays ANYWAYS?!?!

This made me laugh, I've done the same thing. I've been trying to figure out how to get away with flip flops and light clothing to my apointment right after New Years : )

I did the same thing for my appointment yesterday, my last appointment was right after Thanksgiving and then the next was 3 days after Christmas.  It is definitely cruel!  Here's hoping for a nice big poop for you tomorrow morning!

Oh I always pray for a #2 the day of my appoint!  I've also taken to weighing myself with no pants, haha (at my office you weigh yourself in the bathroom after urine collection).

Lucky!!  Its always scale first at mine and I'm always taking off layers and making DH hold everything!  THEN they let me pee!  Jerks!!  I want to go to your doctor!

My husband asked why I wasn't wearing my UGGs to my appointment today and my flats instead. I replied that my UGGs were a lot heavier and he laughed at me.

i even washed all my clothes today, so i'd have lots of lightweight options to choose from!

Oh I take a couple pounds off from my weight gain because of my shoes. If I took them off before they weigh me then I wouldn't be able to hold them accountable for 2 of the 5lbs I gained.

Exactly!! lmao. ... and eventually they would come to accept me and my naked weighing practices ... either that or they would call hospital security on me.

I would love to take off my clothes and shoes to weigh!! Although...I did lose a pound at my last appointment....

DH came with me to my OB visit, and the nurse asked me to get on the scale and I looked at DH and told him to look away (directing my finger in circular motion for him to turn around and everything) and the damn nurse basically shouts out my weight, so even the people in the waiting room could hear. Not that I'm overweight, Its just none of his business. But I swear she did it on purpose because I forgot to bring my pee in a cup that morning.
