What do you do?
What do you try to keep your heart rate at?
We got a week's pass at the gym and started tonight. I did the tredmill and walked for a little over 30 minutes. I am also hoping to start taking a yoga class on Saturday mornings.
Just wondering what else I can do that is low impact but will be good for staying fit.

My doctor recommends keeping the heart rate below 140bpm.
Walking and yoga are good. Swimming is great too. I also do some weight lifting.

1. I take classes ( yoga, aqua aerobics, etc.) and lift weights
2. I don't watch my heart rate. I use the breath test instead.
