Should I wait?

I drank a cup of green tea about an hour ago... do I need to wait until morning to take my prenatal vit? TIA!

    I was told to take prenatal and green tea a minimum of 4 hours apart.  I took them 12 hours apart (was taking B6 every 12 hours), and wanted to be extra safe.  I only took it until I confirmed O, and then discontinued.

    I've heard the same as PP...wait a minimum of 4 hours. That said, I've taken my PNV WITH green tea before. Most of the time, though, it's like 5-6 hours in between.
