Registry Question?

Just wondering when you started registering?  We are not finding out wether our LO is a girl or a boy.  So we do not have to wait for gender but wondered what was the typical time frame.  Thanks!

Haven't registered yet but we're planning on doing it around 20 weeks. MIL is pressuring me to do it now but I want to wait to make sure things don't get discontinued after the new year, etc.

We've already started registering. We needed to get away from our *evil* roommate for a day so we decided to start it. I think I was about 16 weeks when we did it. We keep going back and adding stuff to it.

We registered at 20 weeks.  The same day we found out we were having a boy.

I started one around 4 weeks ago. (Before we found out gender) I wanted to register for some gender neutral stuff anyway (like towels, a swing, a pack-n-play, ect) since we plan on having a 2nd LO in the future.

I think as long as you have one going before your 1st shower you'll be just fine.

I did mine at 17 when we found out the sex.

My dh and I went today.  Let me tell you, it took forever. We were there for 2.5 hours.  And we registered for 13 items, which the registery lady informed me was not nearly enough.
