Over on the 2nd tri board a woman is selling her pump...it's still in the package- do any MoM's use this brand? It retails for $280 and she's selling it for $200- what do you think?
I got mine though through insurance--they paid 90% of it, so I only paid $25 for it. It's a good pump, IMO. I have had no problems with mine; I like that you can either plug it in or do it by battery (8 AAs).
All the spare parts are avail. at Target or BRU which is convenient.
I used this pump with DD, and have zero complaints.
While it's a good deal at $200, my only caution is in buying it from a person as opposed to a store. Medela has a 1 year warranty, but you have to provide your receipt. My motor started making funny noises, and they sent me a full replacement.
