I'm not around enough to pick sides (as if it would matter). I just wonder sometimes what kind of attention all these people's LO's are getting. There seem to be some posters that I see on here all. the. time. Day and night. Just sayin'

comments like this are what make hab members come out of the woodwork. comments like this are what make people want to go create other boards that are more private where they know they can get support without fear of running into people that question how they are raising their children. comments like this make me realize how awesome it is to be a part of HAB. i have 3 children that get all my attention and are just FINE ... thank you so much your concern though. obviously you weren't talking about "me" because i choose not to post here any more for the most part, but I know with 100% certainty that all the HAB moms are loving & caring mothers.

It was not directed at you. I remember you from the tri boards and always thought you sounded like a pretty decent mom.

I may think it from time to time, but I would never name names or call anyone out on it.

And it was not directed at HAB, or any other group. To tell you the truth, I could probably only name 10 people I know of in HAB, and most of that was b/c they jogged my memory today. I have 0 problem with any HAB's that I know of, and in fact have a couple of them are people I respect, enjoy reading what they have to say, follow on their blogs, etc.

For the most part, when it comes to parenting issues, I'm pretty much a "as long as you aren't doing anything harmful to your child, do what you feel is right" kind of poster.

Um, yeah. The Bump be too crazy for pics of my kid.

That was quite the rant there.

even when I think I'd rather beat myself stupid with dull spoons, yes...'tis a fact that Harrison is well-cared for.

  • thanks for filling me in on the acronym! believe it or not I say HAB IRL often! how do I join this?

and fwiw, if ppl have their own thing going on, keep going on. It seems the little I know ppl get upset bc they aren't included and are missing out on something.. like being picked last in dodge ball in school!
