Grits Casserole?

I am making brinner (or as my H prefers, Brupper). I was thinking of switching things up and making grits casserole. I haven't made one in years - anyone have a favorite? (I don't have any sausage, so that gets rid of most.)

I know this is an odd request - I am just trying to keep up my record of posts w/ no responses.

My husband makes a mean shrimp and grits casserole and it even a "light" recipe, add some hot sauce and spinach, yum!. You can find it on the Cooking Light website.
