    No it just takes you to the website, if you check out her sample menus, I believe it gives you a meal plan for the week...you choose which grocery store you shop at most, and then tells you all the ingerdients you need for that week, all you can see is a sample menu, but its only 5 bucks a month, well worth it for busy moms!

    Amazing! We're signing up too! We always have a hard time coming up with new things to eat - and it takes forever to search through all of our cookbooks. Thanks for sharing. :-)
