water bubbler safety latch?

I have googled this yet but we have a water bubbler and DS has discovered he can use the handle. There's a safety on the hot water but nothing on the other side. There has to be something out there, right? It's driving me crazy!

water cooler-like one of the poland springs ones.

 

I don't know if they make those or not!  Do you use a particular company?  maybe they have them?
