I'm back from vacay and need to get back to eating right. Being on a cruise is the worst when your pregnant because of the abundance of yummy food all the time! Eek!

Breakfast- OJ, Cheerios w/ skim milk
snack- 2 slices of lowfat american cheese
lunch- went to the indian buffet...yeah not a great choice lol. mostly ate veggie dishes though and some rice
1 glass water
snack- 3/4 corn muffin w/ butter
3 glasses water
Snack: Carnation instant bfast w/skim milk
Breakfast: Bagel w/cream cheese, OJ
Yeah, you're back!!
Breakfast: 1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal, 3 eggwhites, 1/2 banana
Snack: pita chips & hummus
Lunch: 2 slices ezekial bread, turkey, lettuce, light mayo
Snack: cottage cheese, tomatos
Dinner: ?
