Making food

Question - Does anyone have recommendations on a good food processor/blender that would work for making homeade baby food?

Re: Making food

  • I don't but maybe try either the health and exercise board or the eco-friendly board. They may have good ideas.

  • I use my KitchenAid immersion blender for almost everything.  It goes right into whatever pot/bowl I'm using and the blade part can go in the dishwasher.

  • My parents got us a Beaba Babycook and it's been working great so far.  They carry it at Williams-Sonoma.  It's pretty expensive, though.  If it hadn't been a gift, I wouldn't have spent the money on it and would just have made do with a hand-crank food mill or my Cuisinart Mini Prep.
