Sooo, I love the show Paranormal state....I am watching a recorded episode and something just fell in the kitchen, crash....i'm too scared to get up and see what it was.  All the kids are napping. 

Its the middle of the day...there are not ghosts....why am I being a weenie?

I love those type of shows.  I totally get sucked in and want to watch more and more about it.  However, it really screws with me when I do.  I spend a lot of nights without DH because of his job, which doesn't help.  I had to force myself to stop watching them because I just can't take it!  I'm a weenie.
